OMS this is my line as well does Burkett go directly back to Scotland??? I have so been trying to find where this line originated from for years now. I was pretty sure it was Scotland but if you could share any info with me I would so appreciate it my ancestor was Montgomery through Burkett and then on to Alexander and on down through Gilbert Russell Kinnaird of Putnam County, (Cookeville, TN)

I'm his daughter Geneva's daughter.

Ayers was my maiden name, I'm a Johnson now and would love to share any info I have with anyone and would SO SO appreciate any help.

Thanks!
