I thing thie following is what you are looking for:
*1* John Kinnaird married Elizabeth (Elspeth) Gilmer (aka Gilmor); they had three children (all born in Leslie, Fife):
*2* Isabel (c: 6 Dec 1724), Elizabeth (c: 6 June 1727) and John (c: 21.Dec 1721); John married Elizabeth (Bessie) Nicol (aka Nickle) on 26 Sep 1747 in Leslie. John and Bessie had two children (both born in Leslie, Fife):
*3* John (b: 15 Feb 1749) and Margaret (b: 9 Aug 1750); Margaret married David Forret on 16 July 1768 in Kemback, Fife.

I haven't created a family tree for this branch of the Fife Kinnairds, but I think they will be the earlier ancestors to the family shown as Family 23 on the Kinnaird Worldwide web site.
