Kinkade (Spelling in ?) from West VA year 1930's Please Help

My mother's parents died when she was an infant and all records were burned in a fire. She was born in West Virginia c1932. She knows one Parent was a kinkade (spelling in Question) and the other was a Runyan, she is not sure what name goes to what Parent, Also she thinks her mother's first name was Helen. Any leads would be greatly appreciated
