TO HOLD RITES FOR MRS. MARY KINGSLEY
Mrs. Mary Kingsley, who would have been 99 years old Jan. 28, died at her home east of Bedford early Tuesday morning Dec. 5. Funeral services will be held at the Wetmore Funeral home at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon; Dec. 9, Rev. Fred H. Cowles will officiate, and will be assisted by a grandson of the deceased, Rev. Carl Kingsley of Hamburg, Iowa. The body will be taken to Cascade, Iowa, for burial. Mrs. Kingsley is survived by two sons; David J. Kingsley of Bedford and Samuel Kingsley of Seattle, Wash. There are also seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her husband and one daughter preceded her in death. The Kingsleys moved to Bedford in 1909.
