Dear Vicki,

You must come through the Kingsland daughter Lavaria and husband Richard Starling since their son Richard is the only one mentioned in the following will, right?

!Calvert Co., MD Calendar of Wills Vol I, pg. 141, Ibid: Perogative Court Abstracts 1679 - 1686
Will of Anthony Kingland, made Nov 17, 1684, probated Mar 31, 1685
He leaves his grandson Richard Starlings Jr., his personality. His wife Lavinia was named as executrix and residuary legatee. Witnesses were John Hunt and William Rought. His estate was appraised by John Hunt and William Wittington at 13.12.10 pounds. It stated that the inventory also included #4066.

I have Anthony's wife Alice Deane (chr. 14 Nov 1616 Wigan, Lincolnshire, England-bef 1685 Calvert Co., MD, parents: William Deane and Alice Rippen [d. 6 Sep 1619 Wigan, Lincolnshire, England]).

Anthony & Alice's daughter Lavaria Kingsland (b.1644 Lincolnshire, Eng-d.1703 Calvert, MD) md abt 1668 Richard Stallings (b. abt 1640 Lincolnshire, Eng.-d.19 Apr 1703 Calvert Co., MD). Their only known sons are Richard Stallings (mentioned in the will, I don't have anything else on) and Jacob Stallings who married Martha Kent (dau. of Henry Kent & Martha Brasher of Calvert Co., MD).

I have a some more on Henry Kent & Martha Brasher but this is all I have on Anthony Kingsland. When I couldn't find any connection to my Abigail Kingsland I stopped researching this family.
