John Pierce shipwright - scrimshaw
Posted by: Lisa Taylor (ID *****8237) Date: December 24, 2006 at 11:19:51

Hi,

I am looking for information on a man who may have been a soldier during King Philip's War. All I really know is that he seems to have been a scrimshaw artist (carving on horns and such right?).

His name was John Pierce Shipwright or John Pierce with the occupation of shipwright.

Any suggestions on how I'd go about finding information?

Thanks,

Lisa Taylor
