Agnes Kingdon was the younger sister of my great-grandmother Clara Kingdon Hayes (1879-1940), both daughters of Richard William Kingdon (1856-1931) and Sarah Jane (nee Holmes 1851-1933). There were five siblings in all - Alice, Clara, Agnes, Daniel and Gladys. I have some family photographs and other information - my mother (Clara's granddaughter) remembers her great aunt Agnes as well as both Richard and Sarah Jane Kingdon. I vaguely remember the youngest daughter Gladys, who died in the 1960's. I know that Richard William Kingdon was the son of Richard Kingdon and Sarah Court (but know little beyond that) and that Sarah Jane Holmes was the daughter of Daniel Holmes and Mary Ann Baker. I would love to hear any more you know about the family! Incidentally, the Violet you mention was probably my great-aunt, Clara's eldest daughter.
