Elizabeth S. Hooper made a will that was recorded 14 Aug 1843 in Richmond, VA. In it she mentioned her father, Obudiah Hooper, from whom she inherited land in Hanover, VA., her sister Sarah J. Hooper, her brothers, Thomas Hooper and William Hooper and three nieces; Sarah Jane Hooper, Williana Hooper and Betty Thomas Green.

The daughters of her brother, Thomas were Sarah J. Hooper married 24 Dec 1845 Leander M. Jude and Willianna Hooper married John N. King.
