Yes, Karna, they are the same person. Oliver Oscar King was the father of Bernard Francis "Frank" King born 20Jan1905 and Oliver Oscar King, Jr born 8Oct1906. He was killed when a rail switch was mistakenly left open and his train collided with an oncoming train. His second son and namesake was born after his death.
