I don't have information regarding a FANNY (Frances) KING b. 1770; but I do have info on KINGs that lived in WARREN CO., NC. The below are found on the tax records and census record for WARREN CO. NC.
ANTHONY KING b. 1764 Warren County(son of David)
CHARLES KING grandson of JOHN KING SR. or brother?? or unrelated DOB??
DAVID KING b. 1721 VA d. Warren Co. NC (4 sons & 2 dtrs??)[Son of JOHN SR KING]
GEORGE KING b. ?? had one son & 1 dtr listed on tax records in 1790. Cousin, related?, or another line.
These were the only KINGs listed in WARREN CO./FNA Butte Co. North Carolina in 1771
Not JOHN KING JR as his Will doesn't name a FANNY or FRANCES KING unless she went by her middle name.
I tried marriage records between a KING & RIGGINS, none was listed. Meaning that the info is either not on-line or they married elsewhere. Wished I could have provided more info for you.
I hope the above will either eliminate or direct you in the right direction.
