Hi Vicki, I think in Texas you used to have an aunt named Betty Jo who was avid family history person. She passed away in last few years I think. As far as "proving" link, Louis did have family that went to Texas and they have come to the reunion in Tennessee in past. I don't know exactly what you want to prove. Betty Jo and I didn't always come up with the same answers. GGGgrandpa william was in revolutionary war. served at albermarle barracks. Evy's father was descended from Germanna Colony 1717. George Klug was one of first lutheran pastors in us. see Hebron church on internet for mention of how he came.
