I am looking for information on a George Richard Kincade that was a draft registrant in Union County Mississippi during WW1 . It lists his birth date as being 15 Oct 1873. The George Richard Kincade I am looking for had a second wife whose first and middle name was Barbara Nancy and is supposed to be buried near New Albany Mississippi which is in Union County. I am just starting on researching my wife's family tree. The one I am looking for died when my father in law, Joe Richard Kincade was 12 (dob 04191939 and dod 12071983).
