I am not a descendant nor a relative, but I corresponded with someone a while back whose husband was related to them.I e-mailed her recently about your posting, but the e-mail bounced back as undeliverable.Anyway, my family database has a Charles >>CULLEN<< (not Collier) KIMMEY (5 Oct 1853-13 Oct 1937) married 10 Apr 1879 to Charlotte Burton DONOVAN.They had at least one daughter, Emma Elizabeth KIMMEY (26 Jun 1882-17 Jun 1937).On 5 Jun 1902, she married Cyrus Gideon LITTLETON (12 May 1880 - 4 Nov 1946) - Gideon was my great-great-uncle.To my knowledge they had 3 children: Mildred (b. ca 1903), Preston (b. ca 1905) and Nelson (b. ca 1910) LITTLETON.
They must have had more children, based on Charles' obituary in the Middletown Transcript:
Charles C. Kimmey died at his home on West Lake Street Wednesday afternoon at five o'clock, aged 84 years.Mr. Kimmey's death was caused from heart trouble, from which he had suffered for some time.
Deceased was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, and had lived in Middletown for the past 24 years. He leaves a widow, and several children to mourn his death.
Funeral services will be held at Tobin's Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, and internment made in Lewes cemetery.
