William H. & Rachel E. (Kimble) Brown buried in West Long Branch, NJ

William H. Brown, b.1840, d.unk, and his wife Rachel E. (nee: Kimble), b.1839, d.unk, are buried in Glenwood Cemetery in West Long Branch, New Jersey.

I suspect that William may have been a Civil War soldier in the 4th NJ Militia and living in Neptune, New Jersey in 1890.

Can someone provide any information to help me prove/disprove this?
