I am also researching the KIMBLE family of Perry Co. Ohio, similarly stuck at Thomas Kimble b. 1784 in New Jersey (according to the 1850 Perry Co. Ohio Census - last name spelled "KIMBEL"). One of his middle sons, Jacob, b. 1823 in Perry Co. Ohio is my 4g grandfather.

Without any verification that I'm searching for, I surmise that Vincent and Squire are Thomas Kimble's two older sons and one of his older daughters was probably named Caroline and would marry William RODGERS.

In the late 1860's, Jacob and his bride (Eleanor Brindley) and young daughter named Caroline would head west and settle in Macon Co. Missouri.

If you or anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
