S.W.Kilvert Jr. was an engineer. I do not yet know how he met his wife Eliz. Dun; but it was her family that owned land in Chillocothe, OH. The Duns had come over from Glasgow & purchase large tracks of land in OH. S.W.Kilvert traveled in his work, & was in Germany for awhile with family. I do not think he was involved with the Malleable Iron Co. in Providence, although it is likely that his father established it (father was in the foundry business in PRovidence & Maine in the 1840/50's).

ps: S.W.Kilvert jr. was my great grandfather

Best regards,

Madeleine Brownell
