Hi Pam-
Thanks for replying to my query. Unfortunately, I don't have much information to go on. Joseph Kilner was my ggg-grandfather. He married Elizabeth Johnson and had at least one child Jane. They moved to the United States in the late 1850s to the early 1860s. Jane married William Booth (my gg-grandfather) at Tuckahoe, New York on 8/3/1865 and moved to the town of Ellenville, NY.
William Booth emigrated from Sheffield, Yorkshire, England in the early 1860s, but I'm not sure where the Kilners came from. If any of this sounds familiar please let me know. The Kilner family has been a dead end for me for too long and I'd like to fix that.
