Hi Again My connection is through my Nana, her name was Alice Killick. Alice and her siblings were home children, they came to Canada via the Barnardo Homes. Just in case you have not heard of this, the Barnardo Homes was an orphanage. My Nana could not remember anything about her parents, so finding them has taken me 10 years to do so. While doing this, I noticed that the Killick surname was quite an uncommon name. So I became very interested in its origin. The Killick Society has been of great help to me, actually they have been a great help to many people even on the Killick mailing list. The Killick Society has been in existence in England for quite a few years now. The Society has a great knowledge of almost all of the Killicks that were born. I will see what I can find for you on the mailing list. By the way, the Killick mailing list now has a website, http://www.killick-list.org.uk/ feel free to take a look. If you wish to contact me off the message board, my e-mail address is killickhome@yahoo.ca Robin Notify Administrator about this message?
