I'm not related to the Killens, nor indeed the Andrews family, but I've been doing some research on a couple of notable Presbyterian ministers called Killen, (from Ballymena) and happened to notice that the Killens were descended from the Reids of Reidstown, through Martha Reid, heiress to that property which the Killens continued to own into the late 19th C. SO possibly your ancestors were related to each other through the Reids.I didn't make notes of the obituary in The Presbyterian Churchman Jan. 1887, in which this was set out, but my memory is that the Killens were descended from Edward Brice, first presbyterian minister in Ireland, and also from Willie Gilliland, a noted Covenanter, who took refuge in Glenwherry
