Cherie:
The birth date you have suggested for Abigail, 1662, would lead one to believe she would be the daughter of one of the sons of (1)Austin Kilham. The sons are listed here as (2)Daniel b. abt 1620; (2)John b. abt. 1627; (2)Lot b. Sept. 11 1640, yet there are no daughters named Abigail for these three lads except for our boy (2)John.
John as previously stated was born about 1627 in Denington, Suffolk, England and died before 1682.He lived in Wenham, Massachusetts where he served as constablein 1658 and 1659. He married Hannah in Wenham, daughter of John and Ann Pickworth of Manchester. Their marriage produced 5 issue, one of which was named Abigail Kilham, b. betweeen 1663 - 1672. She married Abram Masters May 18, 1691 in Manchester, Massachusetts, and inturn they had 8 children. As a side note, Abigial's sister Ann married a Samuel Masters of Manchester.
Now that I have probably totally confused you, please get back to me with your thoughts or questions. Any additonal information you might provide such as your ancestoral path to Abigail might help clear up the connection you are trying to make.I show no record of a Thomas Alley, but this does not mean anything.
All other Abigails' in my list are either born out of the time period you are suggesting.
