"Bridge" wasn't an unknown name in Kings County. the Cornwallis Township Book records a William Bridge m. 11 Mar 1818 Mary Brady. She was a widow, aged 80, living with her son William H. and family in 1871 census.

Other Bridges in Kings Co. (they may be siblings of your Mary Ann Bridge?) that I don't have connected:

Louisa Bridge b. abt 1823 m. Rev. David Pineo
William Bridge b. abt 1825 m. Emeline Skinner
Harriet Bridge b. abt 1827 m. William M. Anthony
