Looking for Killgores of Centralia WA -

I'm looking for any information about my father's mother or father. Could have been a Kilgore. He never had a birth certificate but this is what he knew. He was fostered as an infant by Arche & Pearle Howe around 1916 out of Centralia WA. There was a young women with bright red hair-looking for a home for her unborn child as she had an older baby and was in ill health. The Howe's went thru the Royal Neighbors and received the child. The physician could have been Dr David Livingstone. There was also a Mary Baker of Centralia that may have been a nurse or midwife. The Howe's moved the child in 1919 to Minnesota but recalls the grandfather of the young mother could have been a night watchman for what was then the Eastern Mill. Arche Howe was hoist operator at the coal mine. I'm just trying to pick up where my deceased father left off. As a child he was known as Warren Lewis Howe, later he changed his name to John Lewis Montgomery. He was a WWII 101st airborne war hero and a great man. So, I looking for any contections to Pearl Quance, Pearle Howe, Archie Howe, Kilgore, WL Grass, PL Kinneman or any other above mentioned. Thanks
