In 1979 she was 20years old and bore a son July 27th in Wichita, Ks. She already had 2 daughters and 1 son prior to the 1979 birth. She signed the birth cert. as Teresa Decker possibly a married name. Her 2 daughters were named Tammy and Cynthia. The sons were Robert and last born we know of is David Allen.

She was short blond blue eyes. We cannot get any info on who her parents were until she dies as we cannot find her or brother sisters uncles of my husband David. Please help...
