Harold Buzzy Kight, age 65, of Ray, Ohio, went to be with the Lord at 1:56
a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at his residence. He was born Dec. 17, 1935,
in Ray, Ohio, to the late John H. and Dallas M. Clark Kight. On May 4, 1957,
he married the former Janice Graves, who survives. Mr. Kight was a retired
employee of the Mead Corporation with 41 years of service and attended
Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Harold was a loving husband, father,
grandfather and friend to many. In addition to his wife, he is survived by
daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Mack Barbee of Ray and Angela and Larry
Hatfield; brother, Homer Kight, of Cincinnati; sister and brother-in-law,
Doris and Paul Picklesimer, of Chillicothe; and many nieces and nephews.
Harold was predeceased by twin sister, Helen Cartee and sister Mary Ray. A
memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, in the Ware
Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Ragland officiating. There will no
calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Adena
Hospice Systems, 111 W. Water Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. [NB: His
father, John Hiram Kight, was son of James H. Kight.]
