I am distantly related to Anna Wright, formerly of Sunnyside, WA. I think she died at her son's place(Don Wright), I believe it was in Spokane, WA. I believe my father may have his address. Burt & Anna's daughter Betty Talkington died of cancer a few years ago, I think I have a copy of Betty's obituary somewhere. We knew Burt & Anna really well, our family visited them many times when I was growing up. We got our fryers from them.
I know that she had a Bible that we copied the information from, I believe it was her parents',it had all the names of James & Phebe's children. There may have been some Morey names in it too, I am not well organized and will need to look. I copied with my camera all the pictures she had, except for those she gave me (old tintypes). Some I have been able to identify, others not. Would appreciate help in identifying any and would be happy to send copies of any of this if you are interested. I am a descendant of John & Rose Kight, John was James' brother. I have a picture of Zachariah & Nancy [Johnson] Kight, their parents, also. We also have a Xerox copy of James & Phebe [Roach] Kight's marriage certificate that Anna had.
I never met Mandy Saunders, but my aunt, Mil Schwindt who lived in Yakima knew her. (Mil died a few years ago) I believe she went to Mandy's funeral as she sent us a funeral memorial. I think I have a copy of the memorial.
Sorry that I don't know anything about the Bible, but at one time my aunt may have told me more about Mandy and what happened to her possessions, but I can't remember now.
Please let me know if your are interested in copies of anything that I have mentioned. I have also have been in contact by email with a descendant of Herbert Kight--I believe--(Mandy's brother)
