the area of scrabby[gowna]is a half parish the other half is
mullinalaghta in co longford there are many kiernans in the mullinalaghta part of the parish so many in fact most have old style nick names if you know the n/m you can trace the family most parish records are kept in scrabby[gowna]hope this helps john p kiernan.
