My records show that Samuel "Sam" Kierce was the son of John Washington Kierce and was born between 1844 and 1848 and was married 3 times.

1st marriage - Elizabeth McMurphy abt 1860
1 child: Samuel Augustus Kierce

2nd marriage - Nancy Hathcock abt 1867
2 children: Mary Kierce and Zilpha Kierce O'Neal

3rd marriage - Mary ? abt 1906
No children
