My grandparents James F. Kierce and Moriah Griffin Kierce settled in Lowell Massachusetts in the early 1900's. They had a son Joseph Kierce who is now about 85 and a retired priest in Dorchester, Mass. There was another Kierce Family in Lowell at that time who were related in some way this may be the Kierce you are looking for. I will ask My mother, maiden name Kierce, about this.
