We arelooking for information on our great-great grandparents Joseph Kieffer and Madgalena Stutter. They were born in Soufflenheim Alsace and immigrated to Ontario Canada (possible by way of New York State) in the 1850's. they settled in the New Germany (Maryhill area) and later moved to Bruce County. Joseph was born in 1810 and we believe his parents to be Anthony Kieffer and Catherine
(Mischdorfer or possibly Kirchdorfer). We know that they had six sons for sure, Ignatius, Francis Xavier, Adam, Ludwig, Michael and Joseph.
Any help would be appreciated.
