I stumbled across this biography for Asa Everett KIEFER which also names the other children for Samuel B. and Sarah (Everett) Kiefer, including a daughter Margaret.

By the way, I can trace the generations of Samuel, and his father Peter who married Catherine Engelman.

However, no other published sources that I have found to date confirm that Caspar Kieffer is the father of Peter (1756-1846). In fact, the Caspar-Abraham Kieffer connection just doesn't seem to correspond with those families.

Peter Kiefer was listed as the son of Johan Kufer when he married Catherine Elisabeth Engeleman, daughter of Andreas Engelman the immigrant, in October 1782.
