Tim, I have in my notes that Neata was a probable wife of Frank Kiefer, born 17 Dec 1891 in Harper Co, KS and died 4 Jan 1919.
Frank was the son of Robert Morris Kiefer and Martha Ann Galloway. Robert was born 1856 in Michigan to Samuel and Martha Morris Keifer. Robert's family is found 1900 in Harper Co, KS.
My info is that they had a son named Robert Franklin.
Samuel was born 1819 in Northampton Co, PA, and died 1878 in Kent Co, MI. They were in Wyoming Twp, Kent Co, MI, in 1860 and 1870 (and Martha and kids in 1880). Robert, Martha Galloway and their oldest are with his mother in 1880.
