Looking for any info on Joseph J. Kiefer married to Louise Ortlieb. He was born Dec 1856 and lived in New Breman, Lewis, NY in 1860. I know he died sometime around 1905 - 1910 but have been unable to locate a death or burial record. He and Louise had 5 sons: Alvin, Sidney, Nelson, Joseph and 1 named Augustus who did not live to adulthood.
Alvin was my grandfather. I believe Joseph J. Kiefer may have been a Baptist but have no idea where he and his wife are buried, or who Joseph's parents were.... Thanks for any info you might have. My email address is vjmarcellus@verizon.net
