Several people from the Luther Kidder (1786-1854) line may be interested to know about Luther's estate account in Bracken Co., KY in 1854. Here is the info. It is a little lengthy but very interesting to see who bought what: Order Book E., p. 339 for the November Term 1854: At a court began and held for Bracken County, at the court house in Brooksville on Monday the 27th day of November 1854. Present Hon. Joseph Doniphan P. Judge. (third entry) It is ordered that George Hamilton be appointed administrator of Luther Kidder Sr. decd. who took the oath required by law and entered into and executed bond to the Commonwealth of Kentucky with Thornton Hamilton as his security, conditioned according to law. On the motion of George Hamilton adm. of Luther Kidder Sr. decd it is ordered that Thomas Mullen Esq., Wm. B.
