William Kidd, grandson of Mary Adaman-Stevens (1791) Mecklenburg County, Virginia
Can anyone identify the parents of the William Kidd listed as a grandson in the Will of Mary Adaman-Stevens?
William Kidd's mother was probably a Miss Adaman.
I think the witness Thomas Carter was Thomas Carter, Jr. and I think the other witnesses were his sister, Elizabeth Carter-Johnson and her husband John Johnson, Sr.
Thomas and Elizabeth had a sister named Judith Carter who was married to a William Kidd who was born in 1763.Could this grandson of Mary Adaman-Stevens be the same William Kidd?
