Many, many thanks for your reply. You have helped me enormously!I will be sure to order Ms. Hanna's book on my next library loan from the NEHGS. I am particularly grateful for your inclusion of the DAR listing in your reply. I have been concerned that two Moseses might have been confused, one born in 1747 and one born in 1752. I can see now that the 1747 Moses is my correct ancestor after all.
