Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Everything I have received regarding Cessier has been from Joy Skipper . You know Euzelia@aol.com -email her please . May I also suggest another source and that is James R. Cazier (sound familiar ?)he can be reached at dcazier@home.com(James R. Cazier) his research on the immigration of the family from NY south covers only a portion of the family as Phillippe had 8 sons .
In Re : Chief Cashie , I'll let you do your own work -On AOL the internet has web site called the History of Bertie County . The myth of Chief Cashie is discussed there . Of course the State of NC could be lying and this could all be a huge conspiracy - contact the above sources and have at it for your documentation.
