Descendant of Lieut. Richard Keys, Hon. James Bayly and Lieut. Samuel Riggs. Daughter of Robert Taylor Keys and Rebecca Smith Norris, his wife. Granddaughter of Bayly Keys and Priscilla Taylor, his wife; Edward Norris and Amelia Dorsey Riggs, his wife. Gr.-granddaughter of Richard Keys and Mary Bayly, his wife; George W. Riggs and Eliza Robinson, his 1st wife. Gr.-gr.-granddaughter of James Bayly and Mary —, his wife; Samuel Riggs and Amelia Dorsey, his wife. Richard Keys, under Col. James Cunningham, 1776. He was disabled but recovered and re-entered the army. He died in Cincinnati, Ohio. Also Nos. 7220, 13501. Samuel Riggs, (1749-1814), served as second lieutenant of Frederick county, Md., militia.
