Most of this information is from the 1850(Dekalb NY), 1860 (Laona IL) census
Luther Keyes was born around 1801 in New Hampshire and is listed as being a carpenter.
Esther Elmina Phelps was born around 1808 in MA
Her parents were Mary Polly Woolridge and David Phelps, who as far as i can tell are both from MA (their marriage is on record there)
Luther and Elmina had several children (remember I am getting most of this from census, so bear with me)

Emily
(Luther) Jefferson b.~1839
Warren b.1842
Sarah(sally)Almira b. ~1844
David b.~1850 (not too sure about this)
Frederick b.~1852
From there all I really know is about Sarah A. Keyes and her husband Lewis Norton. Although if i recall correctly Elmina Phelps also had a brother named Luther who lived in WI, and their parents moved there to live with him.
I also suspect that more of there family moved out to Iowa other than just themselves and Luther. I know Sarah A. and Lewis Norton were traveling frequently, and their daughter (Luther and Ester Elminas Granddaughter) died in IA.
