According to Luther Ketterman's book: Zachariah David Ketterman was born 14 Mar 1845 to Adam Ketterman Sr. and Clora Bergdoll. He married Elverra/Elvessa Shrout 27 Mar 1877 in MO. They had the following children: Benjamin, Earl, Grover, Floyd, Virginia, Janellie, Pearle, Clora, Eula and Lorena.
Adam Ketterman Sr. is the son of Jacob Ketterman and Margaretha Bergdoll.

Adam married twice. Second wife is Mary Getz.
Adam's will is in Book 2 page 92 dated 20 Dec 1897 Grant Co., W. Va.
