This won't help with your Ketcham line, but it does give his wife's lineage back to colonial Connecticut and New Amsterdam.
I picked up on this post, because my 2G grandfather was named Abram Ketcham, but not the same one as yours, and not in the same line. There were two or three Abram/Abraham Ketch*ms in the middle 1800s in the NY and PA area. All of them seem to be accounted for with wives and families that do not match yours. The one I'm puzzled by is the one in Lackawanna, Luzerne County PA in the 1870 census.
Abram Ketchem, age 30, born New Jerysey
E. J. Ketchem, (female) age 20, born Pennsylvania
M. Pinklepough, (female) age 10, born Pennsylvania
No Edward age 3 anywhere in sight.
This seems like it can't be your Abram either, but it sure is tempting, given the Luzerne County connection
