Well at least we are one step closer. There is a George Kesterson 32 (1888) & Cora/Cara Kesterson (22) 1898 on the 1920 Census of Greene Co TN. They have twins listed - Eugene and Georgia born in 1918.The dates you do have validate this information. They state that they and their parents were born in TN.I didn't find them on the 1930 Census yet - still looking.
In 1910 there was a George age 21, listed in the household of John Richard Kesterson as a Cousin - but then every Kesterson in the area were cousins so that doesn't help much.
All of the descendants of Thomas are on my FTM site..

To get to the Greene TN bunch go to the "Descendants of Thomas Kesterson" follow the trail:
# 1 is Thomas,# 2 is George, # 9 is John, # 20 is William
Somewhere in the descendants of William is where I believe we will eventually find George.William had 3 sons - John, whose children all moved to MO, George who moved to KY and William Jr.William Jr. and wife Mary (Bailey) Kesterson was the only son of Wm Sr who remained in Greene Co so you can eleminate the other two and concentrate on Wm Jr.
William & Mary had only 2 sons - one was Daniel who's son moved to MO and the other was Isham Bailey Kesterson and he is the one who stayed in Greene Co.
Isham Bailey had several sons.
Wm Alexander didn't have a son named George so rule him out.
John & wife Sarah Elizabeth (Ailshie) Kesterson, is a very likely candidate because we don't have all his children yet.We have just recently discovered the first 3 children.
Samuel and wife Caroline (Dinwoodie) Kesterson are possibilities because I know none of their children. They married 1878 so your George could be theirs.
Joseph and wife, Mary Jane (Dinwoodie) Kesterson were married in 1875 and I'm not sure of all their children.
Isham Jr and wife Mollie (Pinkston) Kesterson can be ruled out - they moved to KS.
Thats all I can tell you at the moment but there are hundreds of Kesterson Cousins you can get to know who will undoubtedly have more info.
Robin Bailey has a myfamily.com website for the Kestersons that I'll be happy to send you and invite to.Robin is part of the Arkansas Kestersons line but has opened the site to all of us.
I will also list your information on my own website with your email.. and put you on the mailinglist for my Newsletter which is on the Website.I'm a descendant of the Greene TN group myself and this group descends back to Virginia through William and Ann Kesterson to Thomas Kesterson the immigrant born in England 1648.
If I had to make an educated guess I would look to John & Sarah (Ailshie) as the parents of George.Keeping in mind that Samuel and Joseph could also be the parents. Once we pin down where George belongs - its and easy trip back to Thomas. The process of elimination is the best key - it leads to just 3 men..
