I'm cleaning out some of my files and found obits for two Kershes I can't identify:
1) From Mobile Register 22 Apr 1964 - Ruth Kersh, native of Miss, resident Mobile 25 years. Died local hospital Tuesday PM. Survivors: 2 dgts, Mrs. Ruth Hensarling of Prichard and Mrs. Dorothy Harmon of Picayne MS; 3 sons, Ray B of Saraland, Claude of Pensacola and Buford of New Orleans; 1 bro Crawley Pickle of San Bernardino CA.
2) Mobile Register 24 May 1975 - Mrs. James Kersh, 53, died Silver Springs MD May 4 after lengthy illness. Formerly of Mobile. Survivors: husband James Kersh; one son Tony of Mobile. She was living with dgt Mrs. John Golding at time of death.
Some of the names sound a bit like my Kersh line, but I can't place them.
