Found out today while at courthouse that Josephine had a 2nd marriage in 1935, she was 66 and a widow - the frisky thing!
Here is the info:
Josephine Kersey & W.O. Burnham Married October 15, 1935 in Arcadia, FL @ Desoto Cnty Courthouse.
The application for marriage license states that WO's address was Arcadia and he was born in Wisconsin. He was 62 yrs and a laborer. Josephine's address was Ona, FL her previous spouse was dead and that she was 66 yrs of age.
The application was in a loose file of applications. The marriage license was in Desoto County Marriage Records Book 6 Pg 594 July 14 1926 - Jan 1936
W.O. could not write as there is an "x" for his mark.
