I forgot this. This is the information for the husband of Georgia A. KERR. She was widowed early and left with one son Lowell Lawrence Middlecoff born July 8 1895 died June 13 1959 Los Angeles Co CA.
MIDDLECOFF, Lawrence 1862 - 1899
Clinton MO, Sep 16, 1899 - After vainly seeking to win back the greatly desired
possession of good health by months of travel, Lawrence Middlecoff died in
Banning, Calif. August 19, 1899, of a complication of troubles. His wife and little
four year old son, Lowell, and his brother, Walter, an attorney of Stockton, were
with him at the last. Mr. James Kerr, father of Mrs. Middlecoff, was present from
Los Angeles to give what assistance he could to his daughter in her sad trial.
Lawrence Middlecoff was born in Bellville, Illinois January 28, 1862. He early
evinced a taste for study and after a term of years at Chadduck College in Quincy,
Ill., he was granted the degree of A.B. and admitted to the bar. He settled in Jan
Jacinto in 1877, opening a law office and served as Deputy District Attorney for
San Diego County. He married Miss Georgia Kerr in 1891. He was a son of J. W.
Middlecoff of Deer Creek township. He also leaves four brothers and three
sisters: Mrs. J. W. Foster and Archie Middlecoff of Lewis Station; Mrs. J. C. Inloe,
Clinton; Mrs. Frank Ragland of Bates County; J. B. Middlecoff, Duluth, Minn.; A. L.
Middlecoff, Milan, Tenn., and Elmer Middlecoff, Skagmore, Alaska.
