James Pfitzer Kerr, b 1817, Ohio and married Mary Gibson Patterson, b 1818 in Ohio
Son of:
Alexander Kerr, b 1785, PA and Sarah Peoples, b 1793, PA.
Alexander died 27 Nov 1861 in Ohio. His brother was named James Elder Kerr, b 1786 in PA
Son of:
Robert Kerr, b 1759, Derry, Ireland and Agnes Nancy Elder, b 1763 in PA.
Robert died 13 Jun 1817, in PA and Agnes died 1859 in PA. They married in PA between 1784 and 1786.
Son of:
Alexander J. (John) Kerr, b abt 1730 in Derry, Ireland and Rebecca Weir, b abt 1730 in Scotland. Alexander J died in PA in 1808. A.J. and Rebecca married in Fermanaugh, Ireland.
It looks like Alexander J, Rebecca, and Robert came over between 1759 and 1784, although I haven't found the immigration record yet.
Also looking for Alexander J.'s parents.
