I did find in the 1891 Census a Margarette Keappock, born about 1882 in Chester, Birkenhead, daughter of Agnes and living in Liverpool. Agnes was born about 1862 in Birmingham. Says Agnes is Wife and Married, but nothing on husband. Notify Administrator about this message?
