I am certain that this isn't my grandfather, for on my father's birth certificate it says his name was Michael.

I did obtain some information of a Kerr in the 1911 U.K. census, that I think just might be him. However, to verify this, I need to search for perhaps birth certificate/death certificate, etc of this particular Michael Kerr.
