Peter VanNuys b. Feb. 7th, 1808 Millstone, N.J.. Settled in Livingston Co.,NY in 1823 and died Jan. 2nd, 1875. His wife was Harriet Kerr b. April 13th, 1809 Cayuga Co.,NY. They were married Nov. 19th, 1829. Seven Children:
1.Caroline M. VanNuys b. June 4th, 1833
2.Isaac N. VanNuys b. Nov. 20th, 1836
3.A.Vinton VanNuys b. June 8th, 1840
4.Ella L. VanNuys b. Nov. 22nd, 1842 d. July 22nd, 1843
5.Harriet E. VanNuys b. Jan. 9th, 1844 d. Aug. 9th, 1871
6.Webster B. VanNuys b. Feb. 8th, 1847
7.Herbert K. VanNuys b. April 22nd, 1852
