Jacob KERNS b. 1756 d. 1846 Brandywine Twp, Chester Co, PA

Jacob KERNS was a farmer in Brandywine Twp in Chester County PA until his death in 1846 at age 90. He had at least two sons, Peter and Suplee, and a daughter Magdalena. I believe Jacob's wife's name was Rachel, as she is the oldest female buried with Jacob in the Hopewell Cemetery in E. Brandywine. Jacob had two farms, one 81 acres which he willed to his son Peter and one 105 acres which he willed to his daughter Magdalena who had married Capt. Jacob VANCE. We are looking for additional family history that would include more about Magdalena and her family of six children. Capt. Vance died in 1815 and Magdalena and her children lived with her father until he died. Anyone following this KERNS family, please contact me. Thank you.
