Hi Steve,
I have a Samuel who was married in 1907 in Belfast, could this be your grandfather??
Some ages or D.O.B's would help to find the rest of the family, is Jack's given name John? it's a very common shortening, my father was the same, christened John but called Jack all his life.
Possibilities for the family : Samuel, born second quarter 1917, John, born fourth quarter 1919 and Andrew born after your grandfather left in the second quarter 1924. A possible reason why your grandmother did not travel in 1923.
Further delving will have to be done to find the correct Mary unless you have some more clues, but first I must find the correct Samuel.
Civil Records do not give the name of the spouse in a marriage so it takes much digging.
Await confirmation or update
Terry
